Warranty

  • At Camillus our legendary products are supported by an equally legendary promise.

    If your Camillus product fails to perform due to defects in materials or workmanship, we will replace it regardless of age. Normal wear, sharpening, industrial use or abuse, misuse or neglect is not covered. Defective products will be repaired, replaced or substituted with the same product or one of equal value. Send the product in its original package with proof of purchase along with an explanation of defect.

    Other consumer rights may vary from state to state. Replacement blades are excluded from the lifetime warranty.

You can also return the item to the store where it was purchased per the stated returns policy of the retailer.
Warranty claims can be submitted by completing the form.

ALL warranty claims MUST include the following:

  1. Proof of purchase - A copy of the original receipt showing the date of purchase (Product images can be submitted via upload within the form below)
  2. Return of the damaged product by POSTAGE PAID mail to Acme United. (Packages not postage paid WILL NOT qualify for warranty claims)
