Customer Reviews

Western Pronto 7" Titanium Bonded Folding Knife is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 11.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from A nice knife for hunting My first impression of this knife was how grippy the antler-looking handle is. It is very solid in the hand due to the bulk and texture of the handle material, which inspires confidence for jobs where the knife might be wet or otherwise slippery. The blade sharpens up well and is a nice shape for skinning or gutting. The look of the knife makes it fit right in in a western or traditional setting, where say a black knife would not fit in. It's main stand-out feature is the faux-antler handles, which make this knife different and special. The pocket clip is a great feature for securing this knife in a pack pocket, but I prefer a thinner knife for convenient everyday carry .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tough and durable folding knife This is one of the toughest knives I own. I really like the look and feel of the stag colored delrin handle. The knife edge is tremendously sharp and is lightweight and easy to carry. I would recommend this product for any camping or hunting use. Great product from Camillus.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is sharp in every way The blade is really good and sharp. Locking mechanism keeps open without a doubt and closes very easily. It fits well in my hands and even while wet, did not slip The clip makes it easy to store and does not cause any problems for me while in use.

Ask a question

why do you need to keep a fixed blade out of the sheath when storing?

Asked by: Rylan
We advise keeping fixed blades out of sheaths when storing because over time, the acids from the materials of sheath can cause rust and corrosion of the blade. We advise storing knives in conditions that are dry, constant temperature, and avoid sunlight exposure.

What is the locking mechanism? Is it a push spot on the spine of the knife, or a liner you push to unlock?

Asked by: Campbell 1974 Eagle
The lock is located just below the screw on the handle of the knife.
